RETURN POLICY
Each NAOVE piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and often made to order. For this reason, we do not offer returns for a refund.
We are a small independent studio and are not VAT registered.
All prices shown are final – no additional VAT will be added at checkout.
If your jewelry doesn’t fit perfectly, we gladly offer:

Size exchange – exchange your piece for another size of the same design.

Store credit – receive the full value of your purchase as a NAOVE credit card to use on your next order.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange an exchange or store credit. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging and condition.

Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item — we’ll make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because our jewelry is handcrafted and often personalized, we cannot accept returns for custom-made or engraved items.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The jewelry must be unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
